临床护理路径在急性心肌梗死病人中的应用研究

The application research of clinical nursing paths on AMI

目的 建立完善的急性心肌梗死病人的临床护理路径。方法 采用随机抽样法将病人分成2组,每组32例。对照组32例病人采用按常规医嘱进行护理,实验组32例病人采用制订好的临床护理路径进行护理,观察2组病人住院天数、卧床时间、医疗费用、并发症发生率及病人满意度有无差异。结果 实验组病人住院时间、卧床时间、并发症的发生率比对照组明显减少,满意度与对照组相比有明显提高,控制了一定的医疗费用。结论 临床护理路径在急性心肌梗死病人中的应用,可提高工作效率和病人的满意度,可控制成本和保证护理质量。

Objective To establish the perfect clinical nursing paths of AMI. Methods Using random sampling method, the patients were divided into two groups and each group had 32 cases. The normal nursing methods were used in the comparing group and the clinical nursing paths were used in the experimental group. The patients′ time in the hospital, the time in bed, the medical cost, the occurring rate of complications and the degree of satisfaction were observed in each group and the differences were compared. Results In the experimental group, the patients′ time in the hospital, time in bed and the occurring rate of complications were less than that in the comparing group while the patients were more satisfied. And in some degree it controlled the patients′ medical cost. Conclusion Using the clinical nursing paths in AMI, we could improve the working efficiency and the patients′ degree of satisfaction, control the cost and guarantee the nursing quality.
