摘要
目的分析碳纤维复合材料(CFRP)—混凝土界面抗剪性能.方法针对由两种不同强度混凝土制成的、并采取不同粘贴方式进行CFRP补强的试件,进行了双界面抗剪性能测试,研究了界面剪切破坏机理.结果分析和比较了在混凝土强度及碳纤维布粘贴方式不同的情况下,界面抗剪性能的影响因素.结论实验结果表明,CFRP与混凝土粘结界面的抗剪强度、开裂过程以及CFRP布的应变与混凝土本身的性能以及CFRP粘结面积密切相关.混凝土自身强度越高,CFRP粘结面积越大,界面的抗剪能力越强.
Bonding performance of interface between CFRP sheet and concrete is one of the main factors in a successfully strengthened structure. This paper aims at two kinds of specimens made of different intensity concrete and bond areas and double-interface shearing performance experiments are carried through to study interface shearing behavior. According to the test data, shearing intensity and fracture of bond interface, strain of CFRP sheet are related to concrete behavior and bond area of CFRP sheet. The higher concrete intensity and the larger bond area are, the better shearing capability is.
