摘要
目的建立有效地解决工程实际中空间异面管道最短距离问题的计算方法.方法针对画法几何图示法的缺陷,基于极值原理,将空间异面管道最短距离问题转化为空间两条异面直线最短距离问题进行分析,并找出解决这种问题有效的优化方法.结果解决了图示法在确定此类问题缺乏准确性和实际工程应用不便等缺点.建立了一种新的有效异面直线最短距离的计算方法.结论推导出异面直线最短距离的精确计算公式,并给出垂足点准确坐标表达式,通过算例验证了笔者研究方法的有效性,为工程计算提供依据.
This article aims to study effective computing method of solving minimum distance of non-uniplanar pipelines. The method being used is countering against defect of illustration method of drawing geometry, applying extreme value principle to turning non-uniplanar pipelines into non-uniplanar straight line, and optimizing the solution to this problem. The result overcomes the shortcomings of inaccuracy in solving this kind of problems and inconvenience in practical application of illustration method. A new efficient computing method is proposed to compute the minimum distance between non-uniplanar lines and the article draws the derivation of that precise computing formula about minimum distance of non-uniplanar pipelines and gives the accurate expression of foot point coordinate. It also proves the efficiency of the study method used in this paper and provides evidence for engineering mathematics.
