摘要
对国内外大量纤维布加固试验进行了分析计算,得到了钢筋混凝土矩形桥梁构件计算模式不定性系数的统计参数.讨论了钢筋锈蚀、混凝土强度、纤维布加固耐久性以及荷载等影响因素变化对既有桥梁结构承载力的影响,参考既有桥梁结构全寿命可靠度分析,确定了加固后既有桥梁锈蚀延迟期的长度.在国内外纤维片材加固混凝土结构的耐久性试验的基础上,提出在加固后可以不考虑纤维布材料的老化及其纤维布材料与混凝土粘结界面的退化,使加固后钢筋混凝土构件承载力极限状态可靠度分析得到简化.研究了加固后既有桥梁抗力计算方法,并结合一座实际桥梁工程进行了加固后可靠度计算.该方法具有一定的工程应用意义,可以作为既有桥梁加固评估的理论依据.
A new method of retrofit of existing bridges was studied recently that uses the addition of externally bonded fiber reinforced polymers (FRP) to increase the load capacity. Statistical parameter of flexural calculating mode on reinforced concrete (RC) beam strengthened with FRP is given after analyzing lots of experiment results. The influence mechanism of bridge resistance after reinforcement is discussed. According to the durability research and corresponding experimentation, the aging of FRP material and the degradation of the interface between FRP and concrete can be ignored. Therefore, the calculation of reliability index can be simplified. A practical example of time-dependent reliability analysis is illustrated herein to show the reliability-based assessment method of existing bridges reinforced with FRP.
