摘要
本文对缝隙式回热器作了初步的研究.在对缝隙式回热器内流动及传热过程分析的基础上,提出了缝隙式回热器损失的计算方法。并指出,在缝隙式回热器中,其损失随着转速及充气压力的增加而迅速增加,其增加速率大于理论制冷量的增加速率;缝隙式回热器在低速下运行能相对地减少损失,提高其效率。把理论计算结果和试验曲线作了比较,两者基本上符合。从而证明,所提出的损失计算方法基本上能适用于缝隙式回热器损失的初步计算。
In this paper,a primary investigation of gap regenerator is introduced. A computation method of losses for the gap regenerator is put forword, based on the analysis of the flowage and heat transfer in the regenerator.The paper points out that the lesses of gap regenerator is rapidly increased when the rotation speed of cryocooler and excharge pressure are increased.Therefore, it can be concluded that the cryocooler had better operate at a low speed so as to decrease the losses.The theeretical results are cempared with the experimen- tal ones,which shows their coincidence with each other,and it proves that the proposed camputation method of losses for gap regenerator is suitable for the primary calculation in design.
