摘要
为解决教学网站质量评估分级问题,在参考了国内外网站评估标准的基础上,对于教学网站三个层面,运用多目标决策理论与灰色关联分析法进行评分,建立起一套多专家群体决策的网站分级评估系统.并以电子商务教学网站为具体案例详细说明网站评估流程,研究结果表明该评估系统方法有助于国内高校教育信息网络资源的建设和发展.
To solve the problem of evaluating the quality of teaching websites in China, the paper explores many an evaluating standard at home and abroad, employs the theories of multi-object decision and the methods of gray relational analysis to score three levels of teaching websites, thus establishing an evaluation system based on the group-decision by experts. E-business teaching website is used in this paper as an example to describe the process of website evaluation in detail. The research findings show that the system is beneficial to the construction and development of China's educational information network.
