System Cultivating of China's Foreign Trade Innovation

建国以来,我国外贸制度在改革中不断得到健全和完善,极大地促进了中国对外贸易的发展。但是,我国先行的外贸制度与社会主义市场经济体制和国际多边贸易体制要求相比仍有较大差距,它增加了对外贸易中的各种交易成本和种种不确定性。因此,必须从先行外贸制度完善和贸易制度互补两方面创新中国外贸制度,以更好发挥外贸在我国经济增长中的积极作用。

Our country's foreign trade system has been improved largely, which has greatly promoted the development of foreign trade since the foundation of PRC. However, there is still a big gap between China's present foreign trade system and socialist market economy and the international multilateral trade system. The gap caused transaction costs and uncertainties of various kinds in the foreign trade. Therefore, China's foreign trade system must be innovated through both perfecting the present one and attaining its mutual complementarity so as to make it a more important role in pushing China's economic growth.
