摘要
应用土培盆栽方式,设计土壤中不同硒浓度对花椰菜硒质量分数及主要营养成分的影响,结果表明:在施硒量为8.0~24.0mg/kg范围内,花椰菜叶和花球中硒质量分数随施硒量的增加而显著增加;在施硒量为16.0~32.0mg/kg范围内,花椰菜中的蛋白质、总糖和还原糖的质量分数显著提高,改善了花椰菜的品质.
With the way of soil culture in pots, this paper studies the effect of different Selenium concentration in soil on the content of Selenium and main nutrimental composition in the Cauliflower. The results indicate that: within the range of 8. 0 - 24.0 mg·kg-1 of the added Selenium concentration, the content of Selenium in the leaves and flowers obviously increases with the rise of Selenium concentration in the soil; within the range of 16. 0 -32. 0 mg·kg-1 of the added Selenium concentration, the content of protein, total sugar and deoxidized sugar increases to a large extent, improving the quality of the Cauliflower.
