硒对大豆叶片谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶和过氧化氢酶歧化酶活性的影响

The Effect of Se on the Activity of GPx and CAT of Soybean Leaves in Seedling

采用施硒土培的方式研究了不同的硒浓度处理对苗期大豆谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GPx)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性的影响.结果表明:当施硒浓度小于10mg/kg(土壤)时,GPx活性随着施硒浓度升高而增加;当施硒浓度小于1mg/kg(土壤)时,CAT活性与施硒浓度呈正相关.

By using soil culture adding Selenium,the effect of Selenium with different concentration on the activity of GPx and CAT was studied. The results indicate:in the proper concentration range[< 10mg/kg(soil)] , the activity of GPx increased with added Selenium concentration, and then intended to decrease; when the added Selenium concentration was below 1 mg/kg, the activity of CAT was positively correlated with added Selenium concentration.
