一种高精度集成稳压电路的研究

摘要 LM317/337是使用极为广泛的一类串联可调集成稳压器,一般采用单片进行电路设计.介绍一种采用两块LM317和两块LM337进行电路设计的新方法,在输出电压可调的正负电源的稳压部分各多用一块同类型稳压块进行预调整,使得电源的稳压精度大大提高. LM317/337 is a kind of series connected adjustable integrated voltage regulator which is used widely. Its circuitry is designed by adopting single piece. This paper introduces a new method to design circuitry by adopting two pieces of LM317 and two pieces of LM337. That is to say,each adjustable positive and negative power supply's stable voltage part of the output voltage uses one more the same type of stable voltage part to adjust beforehand. Thereby it greatly improves the voltage - stabilizing precision of the power supply.
