摘要 全国联网和大面积缺电对区域电网联合反事故演习提出了更高的要求。在分析目前反事故演习方式的基础上提出了区域电网联合反事故演习的设计原则、实现方案和关键技术,综合比较了统一电网仿真方案和分散电网仿真方案的优缺点,在联网方式上分析了客户/服务器(C/S)远程工作站方式、Web方式和远程联网等3种方式下的适用范围及实现方法,指出了区域电网联合反事故演习方案中的关键技术及其应用前景。 Under the current difficult situation of power supply and the nation-wide power grid interconnection in China, the regional joint anti-accident exercises for power system are more and more important. The design principle and implementation schemes are put forward. The centralized and decentralized simulation modes are compared. The applicable scope and realization methods of three connection modes, including client/server mode, Web mode and remote connection network, are discussed in detail. The key technique and its application prospect of the regional joint anti-accident exercises are also pointed out.
