自体变性血浆皮下组织填充的实验研究

Experimental study on filling subcutanceous tissues with autogenous denatured plasma

目的:寻找一种无污染、安全的可注射性填充材料,且系自体组织,可重复取材。方法:以胶原蛋白为对照将变性血浆注射到家兔皮下,并于注射后1周、1个月、2个月、3个月取材,同一方法处理。结果:肉眼观察两组注射后的局部反应及镜下对照比较,自体变性血浆炎症反应较重,实验组较轻,纤维层数较对照组较多。结论:自体变性血浆于家兔皮下填充后的组织反应及纤维增生程度较人体胎盘胶原蛋白重,且在吸收程度上相近。自体变性血浆取材方便,可重复使用,来源丰富,自体无抗原性,无污染,有希望在体表小面积填充方面取代1代胶原材料,形成新一代自体注射性填充材料。

Objective To searcha No-poputation safe injective filling tissues and it can be repeat used. Methods To compare with collagen,the denatured plasma is injected under the rubit's skin,and then ,they are cut out,deal with in the came way after a week,a month,two month,three months. Results By observation by eyes and under microscope,the autogenous denatured pasma under the rubit's skin has a more serious injective reavtion than the collagen's,and it's tibers are more than the control group(the collagen's). Conclusion The autogenous denatuned plasma has more serious injecting reaction and thicker fiber than collagen's,and they have the same absorbtion.The autogenous denatured plasma is convemient to take,non-polluted,abundant to take,autogerous,has non-antigious.It can be take many times.It possibly replace the older general-collagen and become a new one.
