电子吸脂术及其并发症的防治

Electronic liposuction and preventive treatment of its complications

目的:总结电子吸脂术的临床治疗效果及其并发症预防和治疗经验。方法:在局部肿胀麻醉下,应用医用电子吸脂机对腹部、背部、髂腰部、臀部、腿部、上臂、下颌、颈项等部位进行吸脂塑形术,出现了皮肤瘀斑、血清肿、表皮坏死、局部血肿伴皮肤不平整等并发症。结果:电子吸脂术安全性高、无反弹、术区平整、无切口瘢痕,局部并发症一般不影响吸脂手术的效果。结论:电子吸脂术疗效好,并发症以预防为主,治疗方法简单有效。

Objective To conclude our experience on preventive treatment of fat deposites through electronic liposuction. Methods Applying tumescent technique, we performed medical electronic liposuction in the sites with fat deposites,such as the abdomen,the back of the trunk,the iliopsoal region,the gluteal region,the legs,the mandibular region and the neck.Occasionally,there have seen such complications as skin silt spot,seroma, epidermal necrosis,skin bumps with local hematoma. Results After a long period of follow-up,we found that electronic liposuction is a safe technique with no scar formation and no relapse of fat deposite,local complications have no influence in its long term effect. Conclusion Electronic liposuction is an effective technique with simple manipulation and with lower risk of side effects.
