摘要
目的探讨高频超声对小儿甲状腺肿瘤的应用价值。方法回顾性分析12例小儿甲状腺肿瘤的声像图特征,并与病理诊断结果对照。结果甲状腺腺瘤9例,甲状腺癌3例。两者在径线比值,形态,内部回声,内部血流,颈部淋巴结肿大等方面略有差别。结论高频超声检查对小儿甲状腺肿瘤的诊断和鉴别诊断有重要临床应用价值。
Objective To evaluate the value of high-frequeney ultrasonography in the diagnosis of children thyroid tumors.Methods Twelve children diagnosed as thyroid tumors on ultrasound were reviewed,and compared with pathology.Results Nine cases were with thyroid adenoma;3 cases,thyroid carcinoma. Conclusions High- frequeney ultrasonography possesses very important value in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of thyroid tumors in children.
