Ultrasound Diagnosis of Metastatic Malignant Tumors in Cervical Lymph Nodes

目的探讨超声在颈部淋巴结转移瘤诊断及鉴别诊断的价值。方法回顾性分析了11例颈部转移瘤的二维及彩色多普勒超声的声像图特点。结果超声检查可以对颈部淋巴转移瘤位置、大小、形态及声像图特点进行观察,发现其特征改变,为临床提供诊断依据。结论彩超是一种无创、直观、有效的检查方法、对颈部淋巴结转移性肿瘤的诊断有很高的价值。

Objective We detected the ultrasound diagnosis and identification value of metastatic malignant tumors in cervical lymph nodes.Methods The ultrasound features in 11 cases with malignant tumors metastasized to cervical lymph nodes were reviewed.Results The position,size,shape and ultrasonic features of the lymph nodes were analysed.Conclusions Ultrasonography is a valuable,harmless,direct and effective practice for metastasis lymph nodes.
