210例肝脏实性占位病变的超声诊断分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨肝脏实质性占位病变的超声图像特征与鉴别诊断的关系。方法对二维超声检出的210例肝脏实质性占位病变(直径小于5cm),应用彩色多普勒超声血流显像(CDFI),观察其二维超声图像和血流特征。结果肝血管瘤、脂肪瘤、肝腺瘤多数以高回声为主,血流信号稀少;原发性肝癌、转移癌、肝硬化结节以低回声为主,血流信号较丰富。结论二维超声是检出肝脏占位性病变首选方法,CDFI对肝脏实质性占位病变的鉴别诊断有重要意义。 Objective To investigate the sonography characteristics and differential diagnosis for hepatic space-occupying lesions.Methods CDFI was perfurmed in 210 patients with liver space-occupying lesions (diameter smaller than 5 cm) to observed morphology and hemodynamics.Results The ultrasonic character istics of hemangiomas,Lipoma and hepatic adenoma were with high echoes but less blood flow.Primary hepatocellular carcinomas (PHCC),metastatic cancers and hepatocirrhotic nodules were mainly with low echoes but more vascutar.Conclusions Two-dimensional sonography was the best way to diagnose hepatic space-occupying solid lesions.CDFI was significant in differentiating malignant from benign.
