摘要
目的了解在连续周期中左、右卵巢的排卵机率及正常和异常周期卵泡发育和排卵情况。方法对150名年龄23~37岁、月经期规则妇女224个周期在预计排卵日前后使用B超观察。结果29个小卵泡排卵周期,排卵前4~5d,卵泡平均每天增长速率(1.7±0.7)mm,排卵时平均径(11.5±4.5)mm,分别显著低于正常周期(3.2±1.9)mm和(22.8±5.8)mm(P<0.01)。53个无排卵周期中43个周期未见卵泡发育,10个周期卵泡直径<14mm,平均直径(10.5±2.5)mm。17个黄体化卵泡未破周期(ULF)。结论右侧卵巢排卵机率高于左侧。即将排卵卵泡有2种特征。黄体化卵泡未破有三种类型。
Objective To observe the probability of ovulation in the left and right ovaries and the ultrasound images of follicular growth and ovulation in natural normal and abnormal cycles.Methods One hundred and fifty women(age ranged 23-37 years)with regular menstrual cycles,were examined using B-ultrasonography before and after ovulation totally 224 cycles.Results In 29 cycles with small follicle ovulation,the average growth rate was,1.7±0.7 mm/day 4-5 days prior to ovulation and the mean track of the follicle was 11.5±4.5 mm at the time of ovulation,which was significantly lower(P<0.01) as compared with those of the normal cycles which were 3.2±1.9 mm day and 22.8±5.8 mm,respectively.In 43 of the 53 anovulatory cycles,the course of the follicular development could not be detected and in another 10 cycles,their mean tracks were <14 mm(mean 10.5±2.5 mm).There were 17cycles with unruptured luteinized follicles(ULF).Conclusions The probability of ovulation in the right ovary is higher than in the left ovary.The follicles to be ovulated have two characteristic types ULFs have three different types.
