摘要 目的探讨胎儿肢体畸形的二维超声图像特征,评价二维超声诊断胎儿肢体畸形的价值。方法回顾性分析21例胎儿肢体畸形的二维超声检查结果和图像特征,并与产后及引产后的结果对照。结果超声诊断21例胎儿肢体畸形,其中10例对称性四肢短小,2例海豹儿短肢畸形,4例马蹄内翻足,3例双侧桡骨发育不良合并畸形手,1例单纯左下肢短肢畸形,1例拇趾缺失。以上病例均与产后及引产后结果相符合。结论胎儿肢体畸形有典型的二维图像特征,诊断准确率高,且无创伤、安全、可靠、可反复检查,是诊断胎儿肢体畸形的首选方法。 Objective To explore the characteristics of two-dimensional ultrasound(2-DUS)image of deformed limbs in fetuses and to evaluate the ultrasound diagnosis.Methods We reviewed and analyzed the results and image characteristics of 2-DUS in 21 fetuses with deformed limbs and compared with the results of labor or induced labor;Results All 21 fetuses with deformed limbs were diagnosed as:(10 cases were with symmetrical short limbs,2 with short limbs(phocomilia),4 with equinovarus,3 with bilateral radius hypogenesis with deformed hands,1 with left short lower limb and 1 case of hallux deficiency).All obove fetuses were correspondent with the results of labor or induced labor;Conclusions Deformed limbs in fetus have typical 2-DUS characteristics.The diagnosis is quite accurate,safe,reliable duplicated and without invasion.2-DUS should be the first choice for the diagnosis of deformed limbs in fetuses.
