银翘解毒浓缩丸的质量标准研究

Quality Study on Yinqiaojiedu Concentrated Pills

目的:建立银翘解毒浓缩丸的质量控制方法。方法:采用TLC法鉴别荆芥、牛蒡子、桔梗、连翘;用RP-HPLC法测定绿原酸的含量。结果:薄层色谱斑点清晰,空白对照无干扰;绿原酸在0.0513-0.4617μg范围呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999,平均回收率为100.52%,RSD=1.37%。结论:方法简便,结果准确,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

Objective: To establish a quality standard for Yinqiaojiedu concentred pills(YJCP). Method: Herba schizonepetae, fructus arctii, platycodonis, and fructus forsythiae in YJCP were identified by TLC, and the content of chlorogenic acid was determined by RP-HPLC. Result: The TLC spots were quite clear, the blank test showed no interference. The chlorogenic acid showed a good linear relationship within a range of 0.051 3-0.461 7 μg ( r =0.999 9) , the average recovery was 100. 52% , RSD = 1.37%. Conclusion: The method is simple and feasible for the quality control of the preparation.
