摘要
目的:建立同时测定三黄片(大黄、黄芩浸膏和盐酸小檗碱)中盐酸小檗碱和黄芩苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,用C18色谱柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),以甲醇-0.05mol·L-1磷酸二氢钾溶液-冰乙酸(40:60:1)为流动相,流速为1.0ml·min-1,检测波长333nm。结果:盐酸小檗碱与黄芩苷的线性范围分别为0.34-1.68μg和1.0-5.0μg。平均加样回收率分别为98.31%和98.18%,RSD为0.98%和1.09%(n=6)。结论:本法操作简便,结果准确,分离效果好,可用于三黄片的质量控制。
Objective: To determine the contents of berberine hydrochloride and baicalin in Sanhuang tablets simultaneously. Method: The HPLC with a C18 column (150 mm ×4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used, the methanol-0.05 mol·L-1 potassium phosphate buffer solution-Acetic acid glacial (40:60: 1) as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 ml·min-1 , and the detecting wavelength was at 333 nm. Result: The linear ranges of berberine hydrochloride and baicallin were at 0. 34-1. 68 μg and 1. 0-5. 0 μg, respectively, the both showed a good linar relationship, the average spotting recoveries were 98. 3% , and 98. 2% (RSD = 0.98% and 1. 1% )respectively. Conclusion: The method is convenient and can be used for the quality control of Sanhuang tablets.
