摘要
本文介绍了新型气井压井液主剂CMPC(改性羧甲基纤维素)的化学特征,考察了CMPC压井液的性能,报导了该压井液的矿场试验情况。室内与矿场试验结果表明,该压井液的滤失量低,能耐受140℃的高温,密度可调范围为1.0-1.35g/cm3,对地层的伤害小,可回收并重复使用,能满足大庆油田的使用要求。
The main component of the gas well control fluid CMPC is a mixed cellulose ether-carboxymethyl hydroxyoxyisopropyl cellulose,CMPC,which is more water-soluble and viscosity-enhancing than CMC.The filtrate loss of the fluid CMPC is an order of magnititude lower,its temperature tolerence is much higher(up to 140℃) and its shear resistance is better comparing with other fluids(CMC,HEC,ZR,and BSP).It is compatible well with the formation water and has adjustible values of density l.0-l.35g/cm3.The field tests in two gas wells over 13 and >65 days are successful.The fluid CMCP is reusable.
