The Variation of Ring Shape and Diameters in Cold Rolling Process

分析了环件冷轧中的几何形状变化规律,提出了冷轧中环件轮廓形状的几何模型。基于环件几何模型导出了环件直径计算公式,建立了冷轧中环件直径与环件壁厚和轧制进给量之间的关系。此研究为环件冷轧过程在线测量和控制提供了理论依据。

The variation of ring shape in cold rolling pro ce ss was analysed and the geometrical model of ring profile was developed. Based o n the ring geometrical model, the calculation formulae of ring diameters were de rived and the relations between ring diameters, thickness and the rolling feedin g amount were established. The research can be used as a theoretical foundation of on-line measurement and control for cold ring rolling process.
