在玻璃细珠充填柱人造岩心模型上进行了碱法造纸黑液驱替稠油的实验研究,考察了稠油酸值、盐、温度、岩心渗透率、注入量和注入方式的影响。在实验条件下碱法造纸黑液驱稠油的采收率较水驱提高25%
The displacement of viscous crude oil(45 mPa·s at 20 ℃) by black liquor(BL) of alkaline cellulose process diluted to 0.3% base content(from original total base 1.12% in NaOH) is investigated on a glass pearl pack core model saturated by the test oil.It is shown that the oil recovery is increased with increasing acid value of the test oil(0.l-2.0 mg KOH/g oil) and test temperature(20℃,50℃and 70℃) and is slightly influenced by variation in core permeability(140 and 100 μm2). The best oil recovery is obtained by using 0.3% BL/1.0% NaCl solution:64% at injection amount 7 Pv at 20℃,while water flood drives out only 39% of saturated oil at the same conditions.
