摘要 KH-931是以褐煤、丙烯酰胺、丙烯腈为原料制得的无荧光防塌降失水剂。本文简介了KH-931的合成条件,并对KH-931的防塌作用与降滤失作用进行了室内评定。实验结果表明,KH-931的防塌、降失水效果良好,并具有加量少、无荧光的特点。腐殖酸衍生物,降滤失剂,页岩抑制剂,多功能钻井液处理剂,荧光性。 A non-fluorescent anti-caving filtrate-loss controller,KH-931,for drilling mud is prepared starting from humic acid(extract of lignite),acrylamide and acrylonitrile.The synthesis is described briefly.A laboratory sample prepared by an optimized technology is used for laboratory performance evaluation.It is shown that 0.5% and 1.0% KH-931reduce API filtrate losses of clay mud before/after thermal rolling at 150℃ in 16 hrs from 26.4/29.4 to 13.6/14.0and 10 8/11.0 ml,respectively,and lead to the highest recovery and the least hydratic expansion of shale in water in comparison with two similar chemicals.KH-931 in solution shows no fluorescence at wave length 510.550 and 650 nm.
