YAG激光与电离子治疗腋臭的疗效比较

Treatmemt of bromhidrosis by YAG-100 laser in comparison with electron-ion therapeutic machine

目的:比较YAG激光与电离子治疗腋臭的临床效果。方法:运用YAG激光和电离子治疗腋臭。结果:180例腋臭患者随机分为两组。激光组:治愈65例(72 % ) ,显效17例(19% ) ,总有效率为91%。有效5例(5 .6% ) ,无效3例(3 .3 % ) ,电离子组:治愈48例(5 3 % ) ,显效2 0例(2 2 % ) ,总有效率为75 %。有效12例(13 % ) ,无效8例(9% ) ,疤痕2例。

Objective:To compare the treatment of bromhidrosis by YAG-100 laser and electron-ion therapeutic machine.Methods:Bromhidrosis was treated by YAG-100 laser and electron-ion therapeutic machine.Results:One hundred and eighty cases of bromhidrosis were divided into two groups randomly.In laser group 90 cases were cured completely(72%),17 cases showed excellent effect(19%).All effective rate was 91%,5 cases were good effect(5.6%).3 cases were no effect(3.3%);In electron-ion group 48 cases were cured completely(53%),20 cases showed excellent effect(22%),All effective rate was 75%,12 cases showed good effect (13%),8 cases showed no effect(9%).Scars appeared in two cases.
