Na_2SO_4和CaCl_2胁迫对黄瓜种子萌发和幼苗影响的研究初报 被引量:17

摘要 以"津绿3号"、"白玉春"、"绿岛1号"3个设施栽培黄瓜品种为试材,以不同浓度的Na2SO4和CaCl2处理黄瓜种子,研究3个品种在复盐胁迫下的发芽、根系生长、子叶电解质相对渗出率、叶绿素含量和幼苗鲜重的变化。结果表明:随复盐浓度的升高,"津绿3号"和"白玉春"的发芽率、发芽势逐渐降低,但绿岛1号发芽率均在96 6%以上;3个品种的侧根数、主根长逐渐下降,高于200mmol/L时下降较明显;幼苗子叶电解质渗出率逐渐升高;叶绿素含量在0~100mmol/L时升高,后逐渐下降;复盐浓度0~150mmol/L植株鲜重略有升高。 <Abstrcat> With the three cucumber varieties'Jinlu3','Baiyuchun' and 'Lüdao1' as the materials, with their seeds treated with different concentrations of Na_2SO_4 and CaCl_2, germination,growth of root,electric conductivity,content of chlorophyll in seminal,and seedling fresh weight changing under the stress of double salt of the 3 varieties were studied. The results showed that with double salt concentration rising,germination percentage and germination vigor of 'Jinlu3' and 'Baiyuchun' decreased,but germination percentage of'Lüdao1' was all upwards 96.6%. Length of main root and number of branch root gradually rolled off in the 3 varieties,when in advance of 200 mmol/L very prominent. The rate of electrolye seepage increased. At first,the content of chlorophyll in 0~(100 mmol/L) increased slightly,after that,the content gradually rolled off. Plant fresh weight in 0~150 mmol/L increased slightly.
