对我国政府规模扩张的分析研究

政府规模是指以职能和权力配置为基础,按一定组织原则建构的政府各个具体组成部分的总和。政府规模扩张已成为当代世界各国行政发展的普遍趋势。改革开放以来,我国政府进行了好几次规模较大的机构改革,本文分析了我国政府规模扩张的特点、原因和后果,给出了相关的解决措施。

Government's scale enlargement has already become the general trend of administrative development of contemporary countries all over the world. Since reform and opening-up, out government has carried on larger administrative structure reform several times, this text has analyzed the characteristic, reason and consequence of scale enlargement of our government, provide relevant settlement measures.
