摘要
人民币升值之争渐趋平息,但是导致人民币升值的根本原因仍然存在。本文从经济和体制两方面分析人民币升值问题的实质,并对钉住美元的汇率制度存在的问题提出了改进建议。
During the past year, the debate of China's exchange rate has been put down, but the factors that cause RMB to appreciate haven't disappeared. This paper analyses the problem from two aspects: economy and system. And we bring some suggestions for the exchange rate regime.
