加快哈尔滨市外向型民营企业发展的思考

随着我国加入WTO,中国经济步入世界经济的势头不可阻挡,并且在世界经济发展中扮演重要角色。这给哈尔滨市民营企业的发展,特别是在开拓国际市场、参与国际分工与合作方面带来了机遇。本文正是从这个背景出发,对哈尔滨市外向型民营经济进行研究,发现其中问题并提出发展思路。

Since China becomes the member of WTO, China economy always plays an important role in world economy. In the new condition, private enterprises of Harbin meet the better opportunity in the aspects of entering the international market, taking part in the international division and cooperation. In this article, the author analyzes the situation and the problems of Foreign Trade private enterprises and gives us the new thoughts on development of Foreign Trade private enterprises in Harbin.
