摘要
1996年,OECD提出了“知识经济”概念,在科学技术知识飞速发展的今天,跨国公司国际直接投资也正实现着形式的改变,即知识型投资将成为未来跨国公司国际投资的主流趋向。本文从跨国公司进行知识型投资的必然性、必要性以及对我国跨国公司的启示3个方面作了具体的阐述。
In 1996, OECD put forward the concept 'Knowledge Based Economy'. With the rapid development of science and technology, FDI of transnational corporations are changing in form. Knowledge-Based Investment will be the mainstream of TNCs' international investment. Considered the above, this essay will elaborate the inevitability, necessity of TNCs' Knowledge-Based Investment and its effect on Chinese TNCs.
