在家族式经营中寻找中小企业发展的更大空间

随着国民经济的发展,中小企业在吸纳社会剩余劳动力就业、增加社会财富、提高劳动者素质等方面显示出了不可替代的作用,因此,中小企业的发展状况倍受瞩目。文章透过我国中小企业家族式经营的现状,来分析家族式经营在中小企业发展中的不利影响,并给出了克服家族式经营缺点以使中小企业在家族式经营中得到更大发展空间的几点建议。

With the development of national economy small and medium-sized enterprises play an irreplaceable role in absorbing social surplus labor, increasing social wealth and improving the level of labor and etc. Therefore the development status of small and medium-sized enterprises receives much concern. This paper analyses the adverse influence of familial management in small and medium-sized enterprises and provides some suggestions on overcoming shortcomings of familial management in small and medium-sized enterprises in order to get more developing space from it.
