以产权交易作为风险投资退出主渠道

当今影响中国风险投资业发展的问题之一就是退出机制不完善。在借鉴国外的成功经验时必须结合我国现实情况做全面分析。目前,我国的资本市场、产权交易市场、风险投资体系、法律制度都不完善,而机制的完善不可能一蹴而就。可以先选择在现阶段切实可行的产权交易的退出方式以争取发展的时间,同时不断创造条件扫清障碍,最终建立完善的风险投资退出机制。

Nowadays one of the problems that influence the development of Chinese venture investment is the imperfect of quit mechanism. We must analyze this issue according to our country's condition and foreign experience. Our capital market, property right exchange market, venture investment system and law are imperfect. This can't be changed in short time. I think we can choose the property right exchange as the quit way now in order to have enough time to strengthen other ways.
