The profession growth of PE teachers is a process that goes with PE teachers' career all along, put new PE teachers into fact works systematically and designedly, to complete teacher's tutorship system, supply necessary resources, organize tutorship activity systemically, cooperate with professional colleges and departments, supply systemic and sustaining support and help in profession and emotion, may decrease the feeling of frustration, improve the teaching exhibition, and make good base for it's continuous profession growth.
