摘要
通过对绕线式异步电动机转子回路串电阻起动的分析,将原系统主电机转子串频敏变阻器起动改造为串水电阻起动。降低了起动电流,增大了起动转矩,同时使电机的功率因数提高到0.9以上,取得了较好的经济效益。
The starting process of wound asynchronous motor by adding resistance to the rotor circuit through series connection is analyzed,the rotor circuit of the motor is made innovations and the frequency-sensitive variable resistance is replaced by water resistance.The starting current is lowered,the starting torque is increased,and at the same time the power factor is increased above 0.9,good economic benefit is achieved.
