摘要
本文提出一种基于单片机 AT89C51 的电机车半自动化运行控制系统。介绍了 AT89C51根据炉号识别系统、脉冲编码器及三灯对正传感器的位置反馈信号,确定电机车运行速度曲线及变频器 ACS800主/从控制方式。并给出了该系统硬件构成框图及软件流程图。本系统结构简单,实现方便,控制精度高,并对恶劣环境有较强的适应能力。
The paper introduces an effective method of electric locomotive semi-automatic running system based on the single-chip microcomputer AT89C51.It states running speed curves which is decided by AT89C51 according the positional feedback of furnace-number identifier system,pulse eneoder and three lamps aiming sensor,and the master-slave mode between the AT89C51 and ACS800 frequency con- verter.It also discusses the system structure of hardware and framework of the software design.The system presents many advantages: simple structure,more practicability,high precision,better adaptability under bad surroundings etc.
