摘要
经生物曝气氧化后的印染废水,采用聚合氯化铝或聚合硫酸铁作絮凝剂进行絮凝处理。处理工艺为投加量为0.01%,控制pH值为6,絮凝15min,静置4h,再经高温炉渣过滤。色度为200(稀释倍数),CODCr为220mg/L的原废水,经此处理后出水近乎无色,CODCr降低至30mg/L以下,处理出水可用于印染工艺用水。
The dyeing wastewater which was oxidized by bio-aeration has been treated through the process of flocculation sediment, then filtrated with the slag. The experiment results show that with 0.01% polymerized chloridize aluminium or polymerized ferric sulphate as the flocculation at pH value 6 for15 minutes and depositing 4 hours, followed by high temperature slag filtration, the treated waste water with chromaticity 200(diluted times) and COD_Cr 200 mg/L can meet the requirements of water using in dyeing and printing process with COD_Cr below 30mg/L.
