涤棉绞纱分散/活性一浴法染色工艺

One bath dyeing process of polyester/cotton blended skein with disperse/reactive dyes

筛选耐碱性分散染料和耐高温活性染料,研究染色温度、升温曲线、皂洗剂对涤棉绞纱染色的影响。结果表明,选用福隆红玉RD-GFL/坚牢素红玉SFRGN、福隆蓝RD-GLF/坚牢素蓝SF2G、分散红玉H2GFL/活性红KE3B、分散蓝2BLN/活性蓝KN-B和分散黄RGFL/活性嫩黄KD-3G,采用一浴法染色工艺。40℃始染,以3℃/min的速率升温至80℃,保温20min,再升温至110℃,保温20min,降温;水洗后用自制皂液皂煮,可获得较好的得色量和牢度。

One bath dyeing of polyester/cotton blended skein with disperse/reactive dyes was studied by selecting some alkaline dyeable disperse dyes and high-temperature stable reactive dyes. The effects of dyeing temperature, process graph and soaping agent on K/S value and fastness were discussed. The optimum dyeing conditions were obtained as follows: the temperature of the dye bath was raised from 40℃ to 80℃ at rate of 3℃ per minute and held at 80℃ for 20 minutes, then raised to 110℃ and held for 20 minutes. After scoured with self-made soaping agent, the dyed yarn features good color yield and fastness.
