介绍了活性艳蓝Rs/p的染色性能,分析了移染法染色工艺;并就工艺中碱剂、染色温度、元明粉和食盐用量、拼色配伍性、匀染剂等影响因素及注意事项进行了探讨;测试了目前市售的色差、色花防止剂WL对提高活性艳蓝Rs/p耐盐析程度的作用。

This paper briefly introduces the dyeing behaviors of brilliant blue Rs/p reactive dyes, as well as the migration dyeing process. Effects of alkali, dyeing temperature, amount of sodium sulfate and sodium chloride, dye compatibility and leveler are discussed, matters needing attention are put forward. The capability of color difference inhibitor WL to improve the salting-out resistance of brilliant blue Rs/p reactive dyes is determined.
