摘要
对KF/AC催化剂上对间甲基苯酚(MC)和碳酸二甲酯(DMC)气固相催化合成间甲基苯甲醚(MM) 反应进行了研究。结果表明,负载30%(mass)KF/AC具有最佳催化活性。随着反应温度升高,MC转化率增大,但高于608K后DMC会分解,而MM选择性却下降。当反应温度608K,DMC与MC的摩尔比为1.25 : 1时,MC转化率可达到95%,MM选择性高于98%。
The methylation of m-cresol (MC) with dimethyl carbonate (DMC) over activated carbon (AC) loaded with potassium fluoride was studied. Using AC loaded with potassium fluoride 30% (mass), MC conversion of 96% and m-methoxy toluene (MM) selectivity of 98% were achieved at 608 K when the molar ratio of DMC to MC was 1.25. As reaction temperature elevated, the conversion of MC increased, but the selectivity of MM decreased, while DMC would decompose at temperature above 608 K.
