摘要
以苯甲醚为原料,经过氯甲基化,氰化反应后,通过精馏获得对甲氧基苯乙腈,总收率为34.8%。同时探索了甲氧基苄氯自聚的阻聚剂,初选的阻聚剂丙酮可使甲氧基苄氯粗品的收率提高11.2%。
P-methoxybenzeneacetonitrile was prepared in 34.8% yield starting from anisole, via chloromethylation, cyanogenation and fractional distillation. Meanwhile, acetone was a polymerization inhibitor in preventing the self-polymerization of p-methoxybenzyl chloride, and 11.2% yield of methoxybenzyl chloride was increased.
