摘要
介绍一种用ＮＩＲ法测量食品含油率实验装置的主要构成。由测量油菜籽含油率所得数据，用多元线性回归法建立数学模型，并分析了模型的可靠性及能达到的测量精度，为设计普及型快速食品分析仪器提供了依据。
The main construction of an experimental apparatus for measuring the oilrate of food by NIR method is introduced,according to the data obtained frommeasuring the oil rate of the rapeseed and by the mathematic model set by multivariatestatistical analysis.The model's reliability and measurement's accuracy are analysed.Itgives evidence for the design of a popular apparatus for food analysis.
