七厘失笑棱莪汤保留灌肠对子宫内膜异位症患者子宫动脉血流阻力的影响

Study the effect of Qilishixiaolenge Decoction on uterine artery resistant index of patients with endometriosis.

目的观测七厘失笑棱莪汤保留灌肠对子宫内膜异位症患者子宫动脉血流阻力的影响。方法用七厘失笑棱莪汤保留灌肠治疗子宫内膜异位症患者29例,应用阴道彩超分别观测治疗前后子宫动脉血流阻力指数(RI)的变化。结果子宫内膜异位的患者治疗后黄体中期RI变化与治疗前有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论七厘失笑棱莪汤能改善子宫内膜异位症患者黄体中期子宫动脉血流量,对子宫内膜异位症引起的不孕有治疗作用。

Objective To research the effect of Qilishixiaolenge Decoction on artery resistant index of patients with endometriosis.Methods 29 patients with endometriosis were treated by enema of Qilishixiaolenge Decoction. Changes of uterine artery resistant index (RI) before and after treatment were observed using endovaginal color Doppler. Results There was a significant difference on RI in miduteal phase between before and after treatment (P<0.05).Conclusion Qilishixiaolenge Decoction can improve uterine artery resistant index in patients with endometriosis in miduteal phase. And it can treat infertility induced by endometriosis.
