灯盏花素辅助治疗类风湿关节炎临床疗效观察

The therapeutic effect of Dengzhanhuasu on rheumatoid arthritis.

目的探讨灯盏素花治疗类风湿关节炎的疗效及可能的作用机理。方法175例类风湿关节炎患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组在常规给予美洛昔康和改善病情药物外,辅以灯盏花素静脉滴注治疗,而对照组仅服美洛昔康和改善病情药物,观察2组治疗前后相关临床及实验室指标变化。结果经过20日治疗,2组患者关节肿胀指数、关节压痛指数、晨僵时间、双手握力、患者疼痛评估(VAS)、患者日常生活能力健康评估(HAQ)和红细胞沉降率较治疗前均有明显改善(P<0.05或P<0.01);总有效率治疗组高于对照组;关节肿胀指数、关节压痛指数、双手握力、VAS、HAQ和血小板治疗前后差值治疗组高于对照组,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论灯盏花素对缓解类风湿关节炎临床症状具有良好的效果,无毒副作用,是值得推荐的辅助用药。

Objective to research the effect of Dengzhanhuasu on rheumatoid arthritis.Methods 86 patients with rheumatoid arthritis were divided into two groups. Patients in control group (n=40) were treated with routine therapy (美洛西康). Patients in treatment group (n=46) were treated with combination of Dengzhanhuasuand routine Western Medicine. The therapeutic course was 20 days in both groups. Indexes of clinic and laboratory were observed. Results Improvement of clinical effect and indexes from detection of lab in treatment group were superior to those in control group (P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion Combination of Dengzhanhuasu and routine Western Medicine can effectively treat rheumatoid arthritis.
