2020:Foresight of the Non-governmental Higher Education in China

通过对我国高等教育宏观环境的分析和中外高等教育的比较,预测民办高等教育发展到2020年的状况:我国多种办学模式的民办高等学校及其学生数量,可能达到高等教育总数的三分之二左右;并将有若干所民办高校成为各自定位的一流院校。

<Abstrcat> Based on the analysis of the macro-environment of the higher education in China and the comparison between the Chinese and foreign higher educations, the paper predicts the tendency of the development of non-governmental higher education toward 2020: the number of the non-governmental institutions of higher learning with diversified school-running modes and that of their students will reach about two thirds of the total amount of the higher education, and some of the non-governmental institutions of higher learning will become respectively-orientated first-rate schools.
