以后长三角时代这一概念,鲜明指出了长三角经济社会发展的新格局。后长三角的基本特点是:上海继续较快发展,但核心城市功能有所弱化;周边区域持续快速发展,发展水平直逼上海;长三角将进一步成为竞争有序、合作紧密、要素优化配置的有机整体。在这一新格局下,必须增进区域间的理解和信任,增强政策的一致性、规划的协调性、基础设施的整体性,更好地加快长三角发展。

<Abstrcat>Starting from the concept of post-Yangtze-River-Delta Era, the paper clearly points out the new pattern of the development of the economic society in the Yangtze River Delta. The fundamental characteristics of post-Yangtze-River-Delta are that Shanghai will continue to develop fast but its function as a key city will be weakened, that the sustained, rapid development of its neighboring regions will gain on that of Shanghai, and that the Yangtze River Delta will become an organic whole for sequential competition, close cooperation and optimized element allocation. Under this new pattern, understanding and trust between the regions must be promoted, the unanimity of policies boosted, the coordination of planning stressed and the entirety of infrastructure strengthened, so as to further speed up the development of the Yangtze River Delta.
