根据当今中国适用BOT特许协议的立法现状,结合我国西部的发展前景,应加快对相关法律的研究、完善步伐,以推动BOT特许协议在西部开发中的适用。

BOT is the new mode of investment that rises up at the 1980’s.This mode is familiar to us, but the legislation on this aspect is relative backward. This article analyses the legislation on BOT of China today, and according to the practice, this article looks forward to the development of BOT in the western part of China on this basis. The legal problems should be paid attention to when applies the BOT mode.
