摘要
紫铜薄壁盘管生产工艺流程长,质量要求高,生产难度大。本文对其表面线状伤的产生原因进行了详尽的分析,阐明了挤压、矫直、冷轧、盘拉各工序产生表面缺陷的机理。文中介绍的措施,极大地减少了成品管的表面线状伤痕,使成品率得到大幅度提高,收到了显著的经济效益,可供生产这类产品的其他厂家借鉴。
The outstanding characteristics of copper thin-wall coil tube production are very long process flow,strict quality requirement and extremely technical difficulty.The paper analyzes in detail the causes of linear flaw of the copper thin-wall coil tube,and expounds the formation mechanism of surface flaws in each process step(extruding,leveling,cold rolling,coil drawing).After adopting the countermeasures introduced in this paper,the surface linear flaws of finished products are much reduced,the production yield has greatly risen,so achieving remarkable economic benefit.These countermeasures can be used for reference for other plants produced the same products.
