摘要
本文结合一台2400mm 单机架双卷取铝带材热轧机的电气传动系统,说明通过使用移相整流变压器来提高整流相数,从而减少整流装置对电网的谐波干扰,节省谐波治理费用。
Taking the 2400 mm single-stand aluminum strip hot rolling mill with twin coilers as an example,the paper expounds the theory and method for reducing the harmonic interference of rectifying device on the electric network by using the phase-shifting rectiformers to increase the number of rectifying phases.By this way the cost for disposal of harmonics can be greatly reduced.
