光电振荡器的进展 被引量:2

摘要 应用光波储能元件的光电振荡器(0EO)代表了产生高质量微波信号的典型发展方向,这种振荡器具有低的相位噪声。自10年前演示了其低相位噪声性能以来,OEO还一直在稳步地改进其相位噪声性能、频率稳定度以及可靠性。目前,OEO已经走出实验室进入实用,其应用范围包括航宇、雷达、电子战、通信、仪器测量等领域。
