改革开放20多年来,我国社会经济发展取得了举世瞩目的成就。但在市场经济发展中累积了一些不稳定、不和谐的因素,我们面临着被称为“黄金发展期”和“矛盾凸显期”交织的重要时刻。构建和谐社会是我党应对这一严峻考验作出的英明决策,是我国社会经济自身发展的需要。构建和谐社会的关键是形成一种促进社会和谐运行的机制。

Reform and opening-up over the past 20 years, especially since implementing the market economic system, have made the achievement of world interest in social economic development of our country. But in market-based operation, have accumulated some factors not stable, not harmonious either, we face being known as “gold development one” and domestic situation of interweaving of “prominent one of contradiction”. This requires us to strengthen the ability of administration, resolve contradiction in balanced various kinds of interests relation, reach the harmonious development of the society. Structure harmonious key of society to form first promote harmonious mechanism that run of the society.
